In the last level, I fought the boss, there are two ectoplasmic metallic eyes, but I never win, can anyone tell me how to destroy them?

The easiest way to do it is by having hte ultimate buster with X (with an armor except shadow) then you use the metal anchor while it is equiped. You will automaticaly send metal eagles to destroy them...Its much easier if you make it there with X with an armor than with Zero. DEo I have to explain to you how to get there with X ???

There are 2 ways to do this
1) Without the shadow armor, You must first make sure you have jumper.The only way to get Jumper by getting the shadow armor and going to the place where you find dynamo in Blizzard Wolfang's level.(when you reach the boss door when you fight dynamo or high max or Dark Zero (varies, go left instead of opening the door to find a set of spikes that would be impssible to cross without the shadow armor and save the Dante) Then when you go to Gates Level make sure you have the Jumper part equiped and refrain from using the ultimate buster.Use the skill you get from blizzard wolfang to drop an ice cube in front of the spikes.Quickly jump on it and leapto safety...(the only reason you would do all the is because going there with the shadow armor doesn't guarenty a victory against them. You can beat them with Shadow armor but i suppose you would need it the easy way.
2) With the Shadow Armor (my current display) You will be able to get there in no time (he evn has Zero's high Jump if you want) And has pretty good defense. How to get the Shadow armor you ask? I could give you a whole lot of explanation but you can just check out FAQs (if you can't find it tell me) One thing i will tell you though is that you should always have D.Barrier Equiped and Full Health recovery equiped also.(have the sub-thanks too to help you out)
3) One important thing you should know is that you need the blade armor in order to get the shadow armor part faster in Metal Shark Player's stage if you know what i mean (use the ice cube technique)
