firsly i'm sorry in advance if this question will offend u for the stupidity
but excuse me cause i;m a noob
so i get the part that u stick 2 graphic cards in
what does it actually do?
and because it uses 2 cards, does it meean ir requires twice the minimum psu watts?

Its pretty much you have 2+ graphics cards to get an increase in graphics performance. In theory, you would get twice as much graphics processing power as a single card, but in reality its probably closer to a 50-90% increase in performance. It requires more power than a single card, but only as much more as the second card needs.
