Subject: Help~~ I cannot talk to the bluebird =(

I climb up to the tree in backyard but cannot talk to the bluebird. There's a spyder web keep me from going any further... I used Chibi-Blaster to shoot the spyder web but it doens't seem to break it.
Please help...

You must charge up the chibi-blaster before shooting the web. Press and hold the A button a few seconds in front of the web, and then release it to shoot the web.

First you need the charge chip so you are able to charge your shots.

what they said, u need 2 shoot a charged shot at it. and then u need either the frog or Toa's costume 2 talk and understand it.
frog: water the shrivled frog in the backyard by squirting water on it w/ the squirter
tao: unlock the last training mission w/ the rangers
