Subject: Suggestion: Next button in galleries

At the moment it's not immediately apparent how to scroll to the next image in someone's gallery, nor is it particularly easy to scroll through images in rapid succession. I suggest the addition of an arrow button next to the current image (going both forwards and backwards) to make browsing through galleries a little easier.
Currently it appearslike so:
With arrows either side of the image it might appear something like this: (although obviously not as red and not as crappily made in paint)

I approve wholeheartedly, I'm always flicking through galleries and find it clunky at the moment. Great idea :>!

i dont use the gallery much myself, but its still a good idea, mouldy. i suggest something extra as well...pressing the left and right buttons will cycle through them as well. similar to FB

I think additional helper abilities like using right/left keys to change pages might be nice too.

I was just going to comment and say that the addition of key based movement through the images would be great to see implemented all around the site in addition to handy arrows on the images.

It would be great if the next/prev buttons changed the image without reloading the entire page, but I understand that might be technically difficult. I like the idea of the back/forth arrows too.

They've already implemented something like that on the main page with that doohickey. So it should be possible.
The way it's set out for screenshots is pretty cool though. Just condense it more I guess.
