If you mean the Japanese release of Shenmue II, then no it doesn't have English subtitles.
If you mean the European release of Shenmue II with Japanese audio, then yes it does have English subtitles

I really recommend playing the game to find out, it won't be the same if I just tell you what happened. Disc 3 is the best one of the four! You're missing out

eugh, people now days. i have completed this game so many times, and i started to play it again at the week end...this games rocks u shud definately play it all, then do it again.
