Can someone tell me why when Im trying to play Outlaw Golf for the pc, the monitor shuts off briefly and then starts the game in windowed mode, can someone tell me why please?

wow, this game is less popular than I thought
its probably just your computer is slow- dial-up or something might be the cause
or it might be fake and used by scammers to key-lock you and trace every movement you make until they discover valuable info
