No there aren't. All you can do is play through the game and unlock everything on your own. However, there is a thing called Gameshark that there are cheats for. I've never used one so I can't tell you how to use it.

hey ive beaten the game, but whken i go to select a plane, there is something to the right of the s37a. do u know what it is

Yes I do. It is called the X-02. The weapons are as follows
XLAA- 26
BDSP- 14
QAAM- 16
You can unlock it by getting an S Rank in all 18 missions.
It kinda sucks in the ground weapons department. In my opinion, the S-37A is the better ground aircraft.
