The game is one of the more notable Dreamcast Dating sims. This version is supposed to follow the same story line pretty much where you search to find the one that Keitaro made is sacred promise to as a child. It's said this follows the manga layout story (meaning it goes into parts that you won't know about unless you've recently seen the Again series or read the entire manga series)
Currently I haven't been able to find someone that actually has this yet. most people only have the 2nd game "smile again" which only came as a box set that retails for $95 US

This is also supposed to follow the series but I believe that this follows the tv series instead (up to spring break).
