How do you mean free region?... ahhh you must be free code? like PAL or NTSC?... if so then no the PS2 has no free region games... the dreamcast does tho if you have a bootCD

there is a ps2 version of the game but its foreign and not translated. I think if you use action replay max for the ps2 then you will be able to translate it.
