Subject: if you dont have a game pack then you cant train your poke's?

i dont have a game pack ( broke
) does that mean i cant have stronger pokemon they all have to be level 50 and rental style ot can i get them to be stronger by using them over and over again in the stadium or the gym leader challange?

Rental Pokemon Can't Level Up And If You Had A Game Pak You Couldn't Level Them Up Anyway They Can Only Level Up In The Game Boy Games:sonic:
