Ok i have gotten 46 balloons i am missing 4 i beat every single boss 2ice i got all the keys i beat wiz pig 1 and im done future fun land i need to beat the wiz pig 2 but i don't have the last 4 balloons..i think they are the free balloons one which i s when you drive up to dino domain and the other on the cliff near wiz pigs mouth i cant find them!!! why!!!!!!!!!

There are 47 balloons in the game. You can get two for each of the 20 courses in the game and seven on the main island. Three of those seven are earned by beating Taj in a race with each vehicle. Refer to the following map to find the other four:
