You kill the spider by shooting the baby spiders then shooting the big spider when he comes down.

The spider isn't the Troff 'n' Scoff boss of Fungi Forest. It's an optional boss that can be found inside the house that's surrounded by a moat. You must get in as Tiny Kong at night.
