With 0 Faith, your characters' abilities drop quickly as well, though. I know characters may leave if their Faith becomes too high, but is there a penalty if Faith drops too low, as well?

§ · Wow, Miluda, you've gotta be kidding me; Ramza's Squire class is incredible! Not only is he able to equip everything from clothing, to armor, knives to Knight Swords, but his stat growth is pretty decent and with skills like "Scream" and "Ultima", he's a force to be reckoned with.
Facing the realization that "that" moveset for ramza is almost flawless that way, too be totally honest, I thought it was self explanitory, well put snowfox..

yes, Ramza as a squire is pretty much a lot different then a regular generic squire. better stats, better equipment (smae as other squires though), and much better abilities.

I keep him in Squire, Samurai, Wizard, Monk, and Ninja. Each one has it's own unique abilities which give him the perfect balance of speed, magic, power, and defense

I never put Ramza as a Monk much, mainly because they have weak Defense. Im spending more time curing them than Killing the enemies.

Though a Ninja is fast and resourceful, they can kill people just as fast and still have good support abilities.
I think Squaire is best though, because it's growth rate is probubly the best, they're skills are not as strong as Holy Knights but Ramza as a Squire can defeat almost anyone, and The Squire that Ramza is can equip Knight swords and Knight Armor.

well in that case (if you havent already) you can just have equip armor on them and that should fix the defense and Hp problem. then just have move +3 and equip a gauntlet as his accessory.

Then I couldn't put "Two swords" on them, but maybe hitting 999 with one hit is good enough.

okay well then it that case you'll just have to choose one, but having excalibur and ragnarok are pretty useful.

Ramza can be useful in almost any jobs, it's just the job you keep him in.

I used to use Summoner for Ramza all the times, but when It came to it, I never used Monks or Knights because I can just stay as a Mange, Summoner, or Time Mage.

Know that my Ramza is a Master Squire, Knight, Chemist, Ninja, Samurai, Geomancer... and many more. Getting stronger by being a summoner is lame.

I put him as a ninja until he learned 2 swords and then i changed him to a Monk and somehow got him to hit four times
