The problem appears to be CSS related, so I'm gonna assume that the forum CSS isn't loading properly. It's most likely not a problem on your end, don't worry. Was the page fully loaded?

Make sure the font Verdana didn't somehow get deleted from your computer. That's the font that most of the text there is supposed to be in, but isn't. The other weirdness may be caused by the page not aligning due to the alternate font.
This might not be the problem, but it seems logical.

Try reloading/refreshing the page, that usually fixes it for me. If that doesn't work, clear the cache. If neither works, wait a while then try again. It's usually caused by a problem on the other end, not yours (often when the page takes a long time to load).
