Not sure why, I couldn't get any more Meruze water from the fountain at chapter 10, so guys ... make sure ya stock up some at all time.
However, ya can still get Zultiff water at the store, but it cannot be used at some synthesizing process.

You can always get water from the lake next to Iris's workshop. Once you leave the shop, take a right and there's a platform. And as the other responder stated you can get it from the fountain. You can get a ton of it there's no limit.

Try the fountain in the middle of the town.
