The hardest battle with Giacomo I had was in the original Baten Kaitos where you had to fight him on the Goldoba along with Folon and Amy. It was actually possible to never get farther at that part because you couldn't leave the ship and there was no place to heal. I was underleveled at that point, so Giacomo killed me about 10 times and I couldn't level up any higher because the enemies were too tough. Ultimately, I discovered the trio's elemental strengths and weaknesses and made decks to specifically counter them! It took awhile, but it was worth it!
I agree Chaotic Dance is an awesome song! I was happy when I first heard that it was still Giacomo's battle song. I probably prefer Chaotic Dance 2.

Yeah, I did it on my second try.
Man, I love the music for his battle. I don't know if I like Chaotic Dance, or Chaotic Dance 2 better... =/

ya, i didn't have any trouble with him.
Tip: Milly has hp=to his. Try to keep Sagi and Gullio above 250 hp at all times.

I must say.. damn! That first fight with Giacomo is ridiculously difficult! I have been running around building up my levels to, so it's not as though I've been rushing through the game, but he whooped my ass though I did manage to injure him enough to make him lean over in pain.
The music is awesome! I love the fact that it's Chaotic Dance remixed, and the way he's been portrayed is also a lot better than in Baten Kaitos, he actually looks cool this time around. XD
