Go to the scyscraper where you can find Black Cat, the one close to a Spidey Store and above the label "Tudor City" on your zoom map. Jump from stone eagle to stone eagle that is jotting out from the top. Eventually you will find a bunch of feathers! Half of which are green, by the way.
Any comments? Problems?
