The Files Ufo light are for the lil Probe Inn, since the name lil probe inn is long for a file name they named it UFO since thats the theme there. They are just the lighting features there

That one's totally fake. It started when GTA 3 was new. There has never been any evidence. When GTA Vice City was made, the myth was moved there, then into San Andreas. That's one of the fakest myths ever.

But there are mods for the PC version that can add that and other such characters to the game.
