Use no special attacks the arms and then use special attacks against the head.
(P.S. Kill crabs on Deserted Island and buy herbs, cook them together to make potions)

basically all you gotta do is go back to the deserted island and get your health and fighting levels higher, that way yu can defeat the monster in caldoxia ruins, i did and i beat it right away!
