Hey, it's Harceru and I'm back with a new account cause I recently changed my username. I really don't feel like paying for a username change, so I decided to create a new account anyway. :v

Hi, I'm LzR.
I am not much of a Digimon fan, but this is one of my favorite games I have ever played. I am not sure when I originally bought it but it was at least 7 years ago. I really love the way you raise your digimon in this game and how they have a limited lifespan so you have to train them efficiently. And all the different kinds of digimon to get. I really like everything about the game. Once I finally managed to get this on my PSP I really started to play a lot again and I am now farther in my PSP than in my PS. I'm glad there is still a small, though not very active community for this amazing game. I'll do my best to stick around and contribute.
Funny how people do these long winded intros... but anyway im purple devimon nice to meet all of you

I am sumthingsup, played this game a long time ago with my PS, just a few years back with an emulator, just when a good video plugin was released, started playing it again because magically i was able to resurrect my PS, but of course needed a new memory card (difficult to come by). a lot of games came to mind, but first came monster rancher 2, but i have no CD's at the moment, and voila, i found my digimon world CD. The CD, magically too, was unharmed through all these (11, i think) years. i do know that there are emulators everywhere, but i will just be tempted to perfect my every move via save states. why have I just registered now? well, i didn't have access to a computer with internet before, and i actually didn't need it before. I'm not saying that i'm a pro at this game, i'm just saying that i can manage with using instinct. for some reason, i know when my digimon is gonna show bubbles, so i prepare beforehand. i'm gonna be searching this forum now for a mamemon guide, i saw in its guide that you need 15+ care mistakes, and i'm not sure how a digimon is gonna live through that. i'm good at managing care mistakes, but 15? :/ that shit ain't cool.

New to the forums. I'll go by add1ct here.
Watched Digimon Adventure season 1 and parts of season 2 growing up in Elementary school (4th grade). So, yeah, I'm mid 20s now but still loved the original story and the original game Digimon World because of it. So similar in feel/experience. Felt like a unique Digimon Adventure.
Anyway, hope they revamp this game for the Playstation Network and re-release AND make more Digimon games LIKE this one. Since I didn't follow the show after season 1 as much, the newer and newer versions seem so akward and less accessible to me(like I need to watch it all continuously kind of thing b/c the protocol I'm at doesnt translate the feel of the old show with watching the new show online).
Anyway, one of the reasons Digimon World 4 on the PS2 is so frustrating. >aside from the load times<
I also have Digimon World 3 but never got World 2. Haven't played 3 much, seems okay.
