My pokèdex sais I can find a Horsea in a lot of places, just fishing, but if the odds of finding an Horsea are not the lowest in the game, I daresay I'm very very unluky or that there's a glitch in the game, since I have find none.
I made some research to control if Horsea was an exclusive of pokèmon FireRed, but they say you can actually find Horsea in Leafgreen. So any idea? Can you figure out the reason I've never fuond a Horsea?
I've alredy fish for it nearly 500 times.

In leaf green horsea is rarer than fire red but you still should be able to find it. The chances are 1/5 in any of the possible fishing spots with a good rod. You can not get it with a super or old so that may explain your problem. Good luck!

you have to use a super rod. They're fairly easy to find then

ok guys.. a horsea is so easy to find.
go to cinnabar. get ur good rod out.. and fish on the bank of the water. ull find that pokemon, and a krabby

I had the exact same problem...
I think you have to use the goodrod... maybe; I can't remember. But I'm pretty sure you have to use the goodrod.
