Just post your favorite civilization and why you like it. I like the Britons myself, fully upgraded and in swarms, their longbowmen can kill anything from afar:)

I love Britons. Killed a castle in seconds even with horses guarding it. BTW, Franks are good too, an army of 10 axe men killed so many horses and champions!
Yeah, Brits is my second favourite. Though the only niche of Franks is the free farm upgrades. :3

Vikings totally dominate water maps with longboats. But mongols are good on land. Mangudai+camel+siege = win

i dont agree that britons is the best and i think vikings is the best
I like Aztecs coz they are easy to play and are a great infantry civilization.... perfect for any land maps...... Love their jaguars warroirs who take down teutonic knights in minutes and monks who taake any powerful units who are not on our side :P:P

those who are saying britons are noobs of aoe 2, m playing it for 5 years and played many championship, persian in a multiplayer is best ever civi,,no other civil can beat persian in multiplayer game only bombard tower can stop war elephants, a group of 40 war elephant 5 onager, 20 hand cannoneer and some halberdier no one can beat this war elephant can destroy any one....
