how god exactly is shy guy?
I remember racing a friend (I didnt have the game yet) using shy guy, and I almost always won. both of us had no idea of how to drift boost.

I heard with AR that you can choose Shy Guy. Though other players don't see you as him. Only the user with AR will.

Yes, I found out about the ramp by repeatedly trying it in time trial.
But that person I raced, he won by a whole lap, using waluigi on the dry bomber, even though 2 blue shells were sent out, and 3 red shells from me, one of which he outran.

I won't quit because of course hacks, I'd quit because of like, item hacks or something. Course hacks I'm used to, I play people like them regularly (AIM Chatroom - MKElite for lots of good players and course hacks usually).

With lot's of practice you can go off the shortcut ramp easily. It mainly depends on how good your kart will go through the cloud part. I've managed to go off that ramp with out a MT or any other boost.

The quicker you can get your power slides in, the faster you will go.

I've never raced a course hacker yet...I really want to though, I'd quite like to have a different course to do on Wi-Fi

Why stop playing over course hacks? Most of the offline courses are good to play on WFC. And the only bad part about it is that the course hacker can even choose Battle Courses and it would be 5 minutes of driving around hitting people.
I love to vrs course hackers because it gives me a challange since I don't play those courses alot and they probably have.

I've heard about some Japanesse players doing something like that...

From what I heard when you see it happen it looks like they have lag, but they manage to complete laps in around 15 seconds
