the oxide thread is turning a bit into a penta one. so i decided to make a penta one. Anyway, i think that penta is so cool looking with the big eyes. lol if you were to see him crying in the middle of the road, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to not leave him there and pick him up and start holding him! kind of like puss in boots lol!

Right, it's about being fair, but people were concerned that since the tables would show all the old Penta times (if they're fastest) they'd have to be cleared out (I think by deleting the CTR game data) or use a new memory card.

Its not about proving the records.I know that thomas60 is a very good racer n i respect him,its about being fair to all,being on even grounds with the world if u wanna call ur records as world records.Use N. Tropy in simple straight tracks,Fake crash in hard turning tracks and it is even for all .

If you need to prove your times but all your fastest times are using Penta (I think why Thomas60 was talking about new memory cards) you can either take a photo at the finish line or make a video (which Thomas60 has made many of).

Its a bit like telling 2 blind men they're getting the same amount of food. Blind man 1 becomes undernourished so blind man 2 says you haven't been eating your veg, when infact blind man 1 didn't get any veg. What would be hypocracy was is blind man 2 wasn't eating his veg
I never said that PAL players had to delete their saves. They just simply cannot use Penta for their world records thats all.

Im with u on this Penta molarky. Setting WR with cheats isnt right and considered cheating. I actually want to go on NTSC CTR or the Japanese one to c how different it actually is. Im a PAL user myself.

I know that all pal players r really good.But for everyone to be on level terms,lets do these with characters that have similar stats in all versions of game.Then it will be even for those who want to make REAL world records.Ur old so called world records should be called as pal records for ctr. Anyway,I m passing on with time trial,but i still up for a battle if anyone wants to challenge me .
