In DW4:E when you built a new empire on the fiction mode, your 2 beginning officers were randomly selected; that kinda defeated some replay value for me. Will it be like this for the new one?

your all newbies hehe well i have part 5 and you can either choose pre rendered like cao cao or liu bei or you can create your own and NO random shit either.

What are you talking about? I said you can pick anyone for a starting army. If you mean someone that isnt then you can just keep using Hire/wide. Itll find anyone and you can just bribe em with items

really i tried it like 20 times and still only got nobodys(nobodys are what me and my friends call all the unplayable chars instead of naming them all), actually i think it depends if your in historical or fictional mode

You could i chose my CAW as the leader and for my random generals i got Jia Xu and Lu meng.
