Girls are just like boys, but with smaller shoulders, rounder general body shape, broader hips, and it looks more feminine if you give them bigger eyes than the guys, and smaller noses and mouths than your male characters.
Oh, yeah, and eyelashes.
It makes no sense biologically seen, but curly, slightly bigger than guyish eyelashes make characters female too.
Even when they're male. (Yeah, I've had that a few times when I didn't want to)
