I've played a wide variety of games from Super Mario to Jade Empire, and I think this game is the hardest I've ever played, which sucks because I can't get passed the 4th level and I wanna reveal more of the story line and aquire new moves. Anyone agree that this is the hardest game ever?

it is indeed very hard but i think conflict:vietnam singleplayer is even harder, give it a try if u want to.

this game is hard, but you receive a wide variety of skills try monster hunter now THATS a hard game hardest ive ever played. But this is a really hard game

one of the most difficult ive ever played. jump-y and the wall run attacks got me rly far in this game proud to have beaten all 50 missions and 1st two modes.

the bosses aren't what makes this game difficult its navigating thru the levels and figuring out what to do in that level. sure u can get the online guide or book but figuring out the game on your own gives more satisfaction

One reason why u might be finding it hard is u mite not have upgraded u sword. If u upgrade it u will have a whole lot of cool moves and use combos cos they are cool and destroy enemy like paper. Love the game and it wont love u back and thats the beauty of it. lol

Not the hardest game I played in my life but still challenging. A lot of old-school shooters like R-Type are a lot harder.

Ya i admit the first time i played it was hard. Esp that Alma but she brings out the best in you and of course Spirit DOKU was hard. But it is the best game ever. It gives u a challenge and when u finish it it is the bestest FEELING ever.
Hopefull since now u at Level 4 u should have upgraded u sword to level 2 as this could be another reason u are finding this game hard.

Yea...that second boss took me like...40 tries, no kidding...but like they said, just stick with it/hope that you get lucky, and eventually you'll win...and as you play more, it gets easier and easier...the last 6 or so bosses only took me one or two triest to beat
