I dont know if this is right but Palpatine talks about a sith lord who might have been his master who could manipulate the midi clorians ina body. I think he did this and creaed anakin as in episode 1 schmi skywalker says he was just born and he didnt know how it happened. Is this right or am I way off?

Wow, so Palpatine created Anakin knowing he would become a Jedi then turn to the Darkside, thereby helping Palpatine exterminate the Jedi and take control over the galaxy!
Bet he didnt count on Anakin doing the same to him as he did to his master!
Actually he did. One of the rule of the Sith is the Rule of Two - One Master and One Apperentice. which means as long as the Emperor lived, Vader cannot become a Master (of the Sith). Therefore, the Emperor could probably knew that Vader will destroy him.
Also, Ben Kenobi stated in Episode 4 that the Emperor knew that IF Vader ever had an offspring, he could destroy the Emperor so Ben and Yoda hide the children of Skywalker from the father as well as the Emperor.

Palpatine could have been born and right off the bat have a plan.

Apparently, palpatine cloned his body many many many many times. He then switched his for spirit from body to body when needed.

Jango Fett Rules
Palpatine could very well be a thousand years old
How is Palpatine still alive?
Palpatine is older than 1,000 because in the book Episode1 visual dictionary said that was where his 2,000 year old plan began and he was older than his plan(duh)so he is older than 2,000.It also said he had the powers to keep himself alive for his plan or something so you get what I mean.

It's easy to see that Palpatine did create Anakin from the force, if you watch Ep. I and then Ep. III. In Ep. I, Qui-Gon says that Anakin has such a high midiclorian count that he could have been conceived by midiclorians. And Shmii says that there was no father. Coincidence? I think not.

jedi master gabby
It is true that Palpitine was Darth Plageuis's apprentice here is a paragraph from Palpitines profile on the Star Wars Website.
No one is quite sure how Palpatine was first introduced to the power of the dark side, or how he came to be Darth Plagueis' apprentice. He is the most powerful practitioner of the Sith ways in modern times. He studied the ancient ruins on the Sith mausoleum world of Korriban. He unlocked secrets of the Force from a captured Jedi Holocron. The dark side energies flowing through Palpatine's body were so intense, that they ravaged his mortal frame. The very source of Palpatine's strength was killing him
As for anakins father Palpitine created him use the powers he learned from PLagueis.

After watching ROTS and focusing on the Darth Plageuis legend. It seems Star Wars is partly a tale of irony. Darth Sidious stated that Darth Plageuis could save others from death, while not himself. That was due to the fact Sidious was the one who killed Plageuis. In the end the same thing happened to him when Vader just tossed Sidious off the railing in the Death Star. Just wanted to elaborate on that.

That's the irony of it all.

Obviously he did the opposite at first.
