I want CJ and 8 Ball to be back. I really want more new weapons(I want that damn tazer back). Last I want it to have even more Rap then San Andreas. Like all the radio stations.

I would like banks in the game.
They could put some sort of mini-'Bonnie & Clyde' type thing where you have to rob banks.... But with a little more detail. Like you have to pick the bank which seems the more safer and easier, pick the right getaway car and so on. And the more you rob, the bigger and harder the task becomes to rob the next.
But, I doubt that will be in the PSP release. Maybe GTA 4 or something...

I'd like more of a ragdoll effect when you shot somebody. Like when you killed somebody on a bike they immediately fell off, bounced, and rolled somewhere.

One thing I'd like in it is improved animation, as sometimes when you shot somebody, they didn't fall for a moment or two, or fell in a different direction than physics would dictate. Also, whenever you shoot someone with a sniper rifle, then animation is always the same, that could be changed.

I never really robbed stores in Vice City anyway, so it's not like I really noticed when it wasn't there. Being able to pick up the money in the cash register would've been good though.

Robbing was fun but I don't care if its gone. It was so easy anyway you pretty much had to press one button

Robbing stores just annoyed me, as it required no skill or ability and just seemed pretty pointless, so it wouldn't be a big loss if it wasn't included in the game.

robbing stores, in vice you could stick up the cAshiers and money would pop up but in san an you couldn't do this so they should put it on the psp version it could be another way to get money
