Yep, I bet that's the scan that was missed. I basically played through the game again right after beating it just because of that seemingly "hidden" scan. Sometimes I think being a perfectionist when it comes to gaming is a sickness.

No, you don't fight him later, he just has a lot of parts to scan. One I always miss is the scan once you stun its head during the second phase of the fight.
Check a guide for a list of all of the scans, then find out which one you are missing.

any of u mates know about quadraxis....everytime i beeat him it only says i completed 80% of his scans...do u fight him later..? can u pls. put the scans for the quadraxis
