What happens? Please tell me. And do you get Tawna when you have 200%?

I don't know (yet). I'm with almost 192%. To have 200% I need 1 crystal, 1 gold relic and 2 platinum relics.
PS: I'm playing with Tiny Tiger.

Yeah. Here's a theory: Maybe if you get all 4 files filled up with 201% each with a different character. Delete them all but 1. Face the final boss again for 202%

A screenshot of 365% is on page 18 of the booklet (at least the NTSC one), but the developers may have changed things since making the picture.

I believe that you can't get over 201%, but I find it really strange the 365% thing, with 32 levels? Maybe, that was a work in progress in the game. They removed some levels, who knows?

I'm not sure you can get 365% either, but look on page 18 of the booklet. It shows a picture of 365% at the load/save screen, consisisting of 32 trophies, gems and crystals. I only think there's 28 levels.
About extra characters, I don't think so. On the cheat site http://www.absolute-playstation.com/display_tip.php?tgam=94&s=2, it says you can play as Tawna by Hold L1 & R1 and pressing X, Circle, Triangle, Square, Down, Right, Up, Left at the player select screen, but that appears fake, like many of those cheats are like infinite points and health. Maybe it works in like the Euro version of the game or something. Some cheats in certain games are. Wikipedia's article on Crash bash says the Japanese version includes Fake Crash, but I don't have that version. Unfortunately, I think there's just the 8 characters. Hey, at least you can unlock certain levels.
