no you chose between a HUGE list and it usually has the team that you already are. so you can be the same team for 15 seasons if you wanted

i doubt it very much. Im into my 5th season, now im real madrid, for 2 years was in portugal, 2 years italy and now spain, never offered international take over. I havent even lost a game on professional yet..
