i think its the thunder monarch, its brothers are mobius the frost monarch , the fire monarch and i dont know what the other one is
heres one im a flip efffect monster that puts all cards that have been used into each players deck and basically restart the duel except for life points and removed from play cards

i will guess Hourglass of Courage. when you place it on the field its atk halves, then after a few turns, it doubles to 2200!
