there is no ghost navi in the west gate area of town 2. there was but i couldnt find him and when i came back the globe thing wouldnt turn red. is he hiding somewhere else. hes the last one i have 2 find.

Not difficult to find. There's actually seven of them if you keep a good eye:
ACDC1: Near the purple skull gate.
ACDC2: Just behind the net merchant.
ACDC3: Around the purple skull gate.
Town Area 1: On the twisting path.
Town Area 2: By the gate in the west of the area.
Town Area 2: On a path between the two warp spots on the upper level.
Town Area 3: Around the area near the end (where you registered for the tourney).
