Are you sure you've been following all the directions? Then maybe it's just a fake code. There are many fake cheats that are made up and this might be one of them.
Here are some cheats that might be real. I still can't be certain about the validity of any cheats because I don't have this game.

My nephew wanted the game, so I got it for him. He's a little young for it really, but He loves playing. I tried the code to "unlock all" but can't seem to make it work. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Here's what I found...
MX Superfly - Full Unlock Enter the following into the main menu: X, Y, then L + X, then R + Y. All tracks, riders, bikes, and minigames will be unlocked
I've tried it over and over, and it just won't work. If anyone could help I'd really be grateful.
