i need help on finding the item that allows u to control the plants in Hydra Marshes. I need this to get the last skelly piece and it is really pissing me off that i cant find.

you are forgettin Harle!!! she is the best Black Innate (after Lynx), maybe not very strong at the begining, but if you keep using her she will give you very good results

I think Luccia is probably best after Guile, then either skelly or Mojo.

Luccia is a pretty good black inate at the begining of the game. Or at least I find her to be pretty good. It's probably just me. There are only 4 black inates that you can get the first half of the game. And after that there are only a few more. They're being inateist...

Don't worry there are plenty of black innates that are way better than Skelly..I doubt that you'll ever use him after the first time.

never really had hopes for him in the first place. I only want him incase i need a black character before the other part in the game. (no spoilers) I got Nikki instead of guile this time so wanted a black.

Okay.
Go to Guldove (another world) and speak to the Dwarf in Orlha's bar twice. The second time, he should give you the Green Tinkler.
Be warned, Skelly is a dissapointing character, only useful if you get him as soon as possible.
Hope he meets your expectations.
