I believe you are correct. Pillars of the Earth. Long book that just got longer because I wanted to read something else! lol. I read it when I was about 15 years old. Nine years ago.

The longest book I have read must be Order Of The Pheonix from the Harry Potter series. I only read Harry Potter books, I am not a keen reader but Harry Potter captures my attention. I like reading magazines though.

I think it was a Ken Follet book, over a thousand pages. The title had Pillars in it but It was years ago so I cant remember. I have probably read longer books but this one was boring.
