Chiaki, who was supposed to have Ranamon's spirit (and become Ranamon I guess) but Kerpymon (not Cherubi! >_< got the water spirit first.
Please don't tell me you said Kerpymon not Cherubimon!... For the last time Kerpy is not a word! I don't even know where those idiot dubbers got kerpy from anyway. Cherubi (original and best name and I for one am glad the dubbers changed it back to this before it was too late) comes from the word Cerubim aka Cherub. It's a type of Angel. FYI, Cherubimon is an angel.
And no actually, she wasn't supposed to get the water spirit. Those children were never supposed to get any spirits. If you recall, it says they escaped once in the digitla world and didn't get back onto the trailmon which is why angemon had to watch over them.

We aren't sure. The theories are as follows-
#1.When he got to the tamers world he was adopted.
#2. Since he now has the ability to travel through dimensions. he went back to the adventures world and brought his parents with him to the tamers world.
