What state do you think is the least and most known in our country(By this i mean for you to list the states you think most people forget about and the one people could name easily off the top of their heads)?

If it wasn't for the Mississippi River, I'm sure we would have been forgotten about long ago.
I would have to agree that New York is the most well known state. California isn't far behind though.

Least known: either of the Dakotas. Most known: not sure. I'd say it'd be a state that houses a metropolis, like New York, California, or Michigan.
