I got it there was a clamp that with needle nose you could pull back so it pops of.

It's a Thermaltake tt-8032t, I am trying to figure out how to take it off so I can add a water cooling system to the cpu instead. I can get the fan off but not the cooling thing that goes from cpu to the fan(forgot what it is called).
