quote Gatt_5_u99You can actually do pretty well with wall breakers if you have the attack powerI tried to be nice, but in reality it comes down to this: If you are relying on panthers to make or break this event for you.... you have already lost. Sure its easy to say "I have a life I cant level and mm in such a short amount of time" but guess what... everyone was at the same disadvantage. Those who put the work in, deserve to be ahead. Those who didnt (for however valid the reason) do not deserve to be on an equal footing.
Here are some hard facts for you:
Life is not fair.
You are not special or unique.
You are not the best at anything.
You do not deserve to have things given to you.
You are not entitled.
The same mentality that spawned no child left behind only weakens the children who would excel.

quote nickotone42i got ur+ juggs mastered in less than a day without burning any pp, granted i have an alt to use with 130 atk to use as well, but still you dont need to burn pp to master your cards, if you got 200atk points you should be able to get at least 35 mastery in one sitting for a UR+, i also got it up to ability lvl 3 using only farmed cards from operation 2.quote uber303Clearly we can not point out the game's shortcomings. And what if i traded my base SSRs I received yesterday for a base UR or I'm fusing into a UR+ and want to focus on raising ability level so i take my time with boosting and try and not jump 20 levels at a time. This also doesn't take into account that mastering that would take 30 battles at a min.(getting the max 5 points per) So i burn PP just so that I can get'r done? The last event was rushed (and i still think there was a hard date set prior to them saying go go go) and this one is as well. They wanted to show off that shiny new interface so badlywith all the rally points and silver, and clever mastery skills you should be able to get base ssr's fused and at full power in a matter of hours, esp when using old raiders as boosters as well.
dont blame the developers for your own shortcomings, work around the obstacles rather than just complain about them.
yeah my wall cards arent ready but my atk deck is, that was my priority and its sorted.
multi tasking, improve your tactics and you'll do better.
or just whinge and complain and get left behind, your choice

quote losingatcardsyes, the raid events are always glitchy in the first few days
FF Raid was plagued with blackscreens and connection errors that left the game unplayable for many people for hours at a time. By your logic, these happened once before, so are these issues to be a "predictable pattern" for raids and we should just expect them...and take them lying down because we could have "predicted" them?
quote Gatt_5_u99That "it's here" follows "coming soon" wasn't put into question. The problem is that "soon" is an indefinite concept. The problem is that they turned off the ability to move alliances at the same time they first made a hard announcement of the start date. If the banner can say "Coming Soon!" it can certainly say "Coming Feb. 1!" Then people who don't play this obsessively and/or have perfect recollection of events months ago can know to properly prepare, and prioritize alliance repositioning for the event. And God forbid you're a new player who wasn't around for the last training to know when it starts, right? You are correct that I am saying "this isn't fair," because it isn't.Yes, I am saying "Coming soon" will always precede "its here". Its is literally the meaning of soon.
soon Pronunciation (sn)
adv. soon·er, soon·est
1. In the near future; shortly.
2. Without hesitation; promptly: came as soon as possible.
3. Before the usual or appointed time; early.
4. With willingness; readily: I'd as soon leave right now.
5. Obsolete Immediately.
After soon is now.
Your text argument is way flawed. It isnt like that at all. It more like you have a professor who holds on a regularly predictable pattern, the first of the month for example. Then a week before the first, he tells you, "you have an exam soon." Everyone knows its the 1st, people are talking about it, people are preparing, study groups are formed and most are prepared. Then the first comes around and you show up to class and he tells you to put away your text. That is what this is like. You had warning... you knew it was coming... you made the correct choice to spend that time with your family/work/porn. Do not be that guy who stand up in class and says "this isnt fair".
quote Gatt_5_u99wow just wow. it's a) a game and b) a game with flaws. The quick turn around on the previous training was a problem that was theorized to be as a result to the amount of pp given in the previous raid. Perhaps that's why they did this one so close to the end of the last raid (4 days). It's a problem I hope they fix. 4 days is not enough time to properly m/m a deck, especially when rewards where given out 24 hours ago. And most are either keeping or trading. I wish they would put a premium on training as opposed to raids.I tried to be nice, but in reality it comes down to this: If you are relying on panthers to make or break this event for you.... you have already lost. quote nickotone42I got a ur surfer an ssr panther and almost another panther done. If you attack the right people mastering is easy and if they didn't give you enough time then listing a starting date wouldn't have helped. The trainings have started Fridays so if it says coming soon you should just expect it to start that Friday.I seem to recall that the last training had a start date listed somewhere. Days in advance. We were all pissed that they hadn't given out rewards and started a training session before they were handed out. Everyone got the rewards yesterday so you have less than a day to max, master, fuse, and max/master again? Maxing doesn't take the time but mastering does. So we get two events in a two week period followed by a two-three week hiatus? What would be the harm of pushing the start date till next week, or at least putting an actual start date so we can fully prepare our decks. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has several cards i planned on using, but are severally lacking in m/m.
