When I went through the Plasma frigate I forgot to grab the electizer item and when I got to the frigate I can't find out where it is because there is a cover on the stairs and I cannot go down. So is there anyway of getting the item or would I need to trade for it?

I wonder, could Plasma Frigate be simular too N's Castle in Black and White where as you could only visit it once?
Therefore maybe dragonmk should have gotten the Electrizer while he was there.
Trading for a friend's Electabuzz holding a Electrizer could be an idea.

ugh why then when i google how to get it in black 2 they say in the frigate guess I didn't search it enough. Oh well I guess this can close now my question been answered.

The Plasma Frigate is different between White 2 and Black 2. The Electrizer is White 2 exclusive, yes.
I take it you have Black 2 then?

I have checked all of the ship that I can get to but on a few videos there was a part and it is covered up on my game. is it white 2 exclusive then?

Are you sure? You should be able to access all parts of the Frigate outside of the P2 Lab (or w/e it's called) after you beat the game. That's where I got the Magmarizer for my Magmar in Black 2, so it should work with the Electrizer in White 2.

Sounds like you're at the Frigate for the first time. If so, you can't get the electrizer then, you have to wait until you get there through Seaside Cave on Route 21.
