I can not say for certain, but you should be able to mount the H100 in the top by removing the 200x200 cooling fan. Give me a chance to verify that this will work.

Thermaltake's Armor Revo Gene is their mid-tower entry in the Armor Revo case series. The initial Armor offerings were fully-featured full-tower cases, so the Armor Revo Gene dials things down a bit in size (and price) to accommodate for the mid-tower market that is no less contested between competitors. Hit our review to see if Thermaltake has managed to continue the Armor tradition in mid-tower form factor as they claim.
