Hi, i don,t think that it's graphic card problem i think you have to need file fixer that solves the problem for you automatically, just go to google and search the specific error that you have there will be show file fixer type software just download and install in your PC i think it will b work ....

It looks like your problem has to do with Intel Graphics Cards.
According to this article, you can solve the problem by updating your drivers, although many people say it doesn't work. Other say you have to get the pre-release version of Bodyshop.
Can't help you much I'm afraid. I guess I could help you update your drivers if you tell me your motherboard's model (I have the feeling you want to play this in a laptop with an integrated graphics card?), or your graphics card model.

HI,i am new to the sims world.i just got the sims 2 and i want to install custom content.i don't have any expansions or stuff packs.i succefully download the content,i unzip it etc...but when i double click it it shows up the sims 2 body shop launcher and it gives me error: d3dderr_invalidcall the operation will terminate now.And that's all!!! why? it can be fixed somehow? it is the first time when i play a pc game and i really want this one..please help!
by the way...i have windows 7 if that is of any help to get help.(sorry my english mistakes i am not a native english speaker)
