The offside calls in this game are so borked it isn't funny. Granted, I may just not know the rules. Can you be offside in the midfield when their defensive line is 20-30 yards up-field?

Ok. I have been patient I have looked past some faults this year

Just conceded a goal to the almighty Shakhtar to make it 4-3 to them after pegging them back three times consecutively Ended up losing 6-4 which is pretty realistic in itself.........................

Happens so much down there and happens to the computer as well. Just have to hope that you outscore them. Best thing to do is have a pacy striker and it doesn't even matter what their finishing is, they'll score loads against keepers in the lower leagues. Things that make me rage - Runtime Error: FM2013 has stopped working.
especially mid game when your second string team is winning 3-0 in the opening 20 minutes. When your best striker has 22 goals in 19 games with 7 assists. injured for 2 months

I felt bad about this game that made me decide to just dump it in the end. No matter how I tried, I couldn't have it installed. I'm not sure why I kept getting the "missing app configuration' error.
One friend of mine was also upset as he too was having some in-game issues, particularly on crash dump while trying to run the game.
Try reinstalling the game. That used to happen to me but it was sorted after that. Your saved games will still be intact as well.
Could also be that your computer does not have the right specs to play the game. I had a similar problem with error messages
to be fair, my laptop is now on it's last legs after 4 and a bit years but it is still capable of running the game.
Mac or PC? PC software tends to be supported longer where as mac software goes out of date much earlier.
Acer Aspire laptop. upgraded to Windows 7 in the summer of 2010 and it was fantastic. but with the limitations it has nowadays (very little space on hard drive and outdated hardware) i just need a new laptop. back on topic of Therapy Couch. after a 3-3 draw with Chelsea (should have won) and a 4-0 win over West Ham my team decides to then lose 3-1 against Norwich in the league to all but end my title hopes and also lowers morale so much ahead of the Champions League clash against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.
