I posted about 30 minutes after they were tweeted, so they might have only been good for 3 hours. 40 of them, huh? That will make leveling your Psycho quite easy if you use a key every couple levels.
Won't need to. I transfer the best lower level gear to my new characters usually. Especially if they're red-text ones.

Can golden keys be used by every character, or only once?
Only once. They're shared by each character. Given the limited storage, and the fact you can transfer stuff between characters, chances are you'd eventually stop using golden keys eventually.
