Just curious but I never understood.
1) What is the big secret the President wanted to reveal about Raccoon City? I remember playing the games back then and I didn't think there was any secret lol
2) What did Helena do exactly? I am confused. Apparently she did something bad to save her sister..
I'm playing through the game but haven't really picked up on those two lol
