I just don't get it, the life span of the DS is still going so I assume the the 3ds will be the same.... It's all there to be able to patch them (new courses) in

DLC would've been perfect for this game... The unlockable characters could've squeezed in like they did in MKW.
They could've had a DLC track for ever cup, or they could've created a DLC Nitro Cup and a DLC Retro Cup.

I'm extremely shocked that this game has never received any DLC. This game is a blast, but with DLC, I'm sure the game would have benefited. Without a doubt, it would have been the most played 3DS game til this day. I would've love to see new stages since the original 32 can get tiring sometimes. It's definitely a missed opportunity.
