Ok, you dont know what you are talking about, but that is ok. Bahamut powerful and ace has a BASE atk of 3082, clearly below 3300. Baha wins with the buff, but that isnt counted into BASE atk since a card doesnt always have that skill, and its a skill, not a stat.
