My best guess would be its a problem with the disk. You can try copying the disk your using to a new disk (using a slow burn speed) or even try putting it on a flash drive and installing from it (which will also be a lot faster).

can't get past 0% on this in the Windows 7 home premium setup. This SSD already had the same O/S installed on it before with no problems. ( same O/S cd/DVD as well)
Tried resetting BIOS to default.
Floppy disabled in bios.
Tried ACHI and IDE.
Gonna try to find a new .iso for windows 7 now. Solutions?
